Level 1

Full Support. The Monitoring Center has installed our IP Suite of software components and alarm signals are sent from the Linksys device, over the Internet directly to a Virtual Receiver at the Monitoring Center. |
Level 2

Partial Support. The Monitoring Center has installed the minimal software required to receive alarm signals from Linksys devices. Signals are sent from the Linksys device, over the Internet to the IP Alarms Data Center and then forwarded on to the Monitoring Center over the Internet into the receiving software provided. |
Level 3
 |
No support. There are many valid reasons why a Monitoring Center may not support our solution. To overcome this, signals are sent from the Linksys device, over the Internet to the IP Alarms data center and then forwarded on to the Monitoring Center over traditional landlines using a toll free phone number. |

Video Verification
Tight integration with the vast majority of IP cameras on the market make our video recording technology by far the most flexible on the market. Our video solutions are aimed squarely at professional Installers and Monitoring Centers who require seamless integration between IP Cameras and existing security equipment or alarm panels. If your Customer wants to sit on a beach and use their mobile phone to mess around with their garden water sprinklers, then there are plenty of Nanny Cam systems available.
